Payments

Discount codes may be entered at checkout. Please note that some discount codes may require minimum purchase requirements, may only be valid for specific customers, may have a maximum number of uses, are only valid during specific date ranges, and/or have other requirements that may prevent their use.

We currently accept most major credit cards including: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club. Our payment processing also accepts PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay (available in ios/safari) , Google Pay, Venmo, and Meta Pay. We do not accept personal or electronic checks, Bitcoin, money orders, or wire transfers at this time.

Sometimes when you try to use a coupon code you can get a message saying 'Enter a valid discount code'. If this happens, you can follow these steps to get to the bottom of the problem. 

  1. Make sure you are using the promotion code correctly. Read the terms and conditions which can be found at the bottom of the promotional email received or page banner
  2. Make sure the promotion code applies to all the items in your cart. Not all items are eligible for promotional codes and will display this under the item information and within your cart. 
  3. Make sure your promotion code has not expired. Many sales are time-sensitive and this expiration information can be located near the bottom of the promotional email received or on top of the sales section within our website. 

If none of these issues apply, make sure you’ve entered the promotion code exactly as it appears. It’s easy to make mistakes if you enter the code manually. Some common mistakes are:

  • Check spacing, character errors, and/or spelling mistakes.  
  • Check you’re not mixing up the numbers 0/1 and the letters O/I.

Your credit card will only be charged once. 

If you just placed your order and you received an error at first, the additional charge you are seeing is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card. 

Please only click the "Place Order" button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

In some support situations such as an exchange we may issue store credit, store credit gets issued automatically within 0-1 business days to the email address used when placing your order. Your store credit will be received in the form of an electronic gift card with a unique code. This unique code can be used when checking out in our 'Gift Card or Discount Code' section and it will also never expire!

*Multiple Gift Card codes may be applied at a time. Store Credit & Promotional Discount Codes can be combined. Some promotional discount codes may not be combined with other promotional discount codes on a single order depending on the details of that promotion

All of the prices on our website are listed in USD. Please keep in mind international orders have a currency exchange rate, which may raise or lower the total amount you are charged.

Returns

Returns are easy and hassle-free. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order for your money back. Please note the following regarding the return process:

  • To start a return, please reach us at info@drizzl.shop or use the "Contact Us" form on the shop website
  • All purchases are eligible for refunds within 30 days of the date your order is indicated as delievered by your package carrier unless otherwise noted
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping using their preferred shipping method and are responsible for any return shipping costs
  • Items received in a significantly damaged or otherwise ruined condition may be ineligible for a refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 0-3 business days from the date the item is received at our office
  • Return shipping is not included in refunded amounts

Shipping

General shipping rates and delivery times are shown below for reference, please note that it takes an additional 2-3 business days on average to produce your order before it's shipped to you. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used to submit the order so you can stay up to date on its' journey to your doorstep.

We currently ship to most countries that accept USPS, UPS, Asendia, or DHL. If you do not see your country as an option during checkout, please contact us at info@drizzl.shop and we will look into it for you.

Once your order is produced (2-3 business days on average*), your order will be shipped and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used to submit the order. Within this confirmation email, tracking information will be included which can be used to keep track of your order's journey to your doorstep.
